The clubhouse is the room most events book, and it runs all year. The whole property is yours after the members go home at 7pm. And in summer you can have a proper party poolside without buying anything out.
The Clubhouse

A finished event room with its own bar, wood floors and doors onto the deck. It seats 100 at tables and books day or evening, summer included — so a June shower or a Sunday communion lunch is a normal booking, not a favour.

The Whole Club, After Hours

Members are done at 7. From 7 to 11 the pools, the deck, the lawn and the clubhouse are yours alone — which is how night swims, pool parties and sweet 16s get a whole private club instead of a corner of one.

A Poolside Party Area
Sized to your party
All summer we rope off an area poolside and run the party inside it — cake, food, swimming, the lot — while the club carries on around you. It is the easy one: no buyout, no evening, just a proper party on a normal summer afternoon.

The Clubhouse
The event room, and the reason most people book here: its own bar, wood floors, doors onto the deck, and seating for up to 100. It runs day or evening, all year, and it is where a shower, a communion lunch or a company dinner actually happens.
Three Pools
A lap pool, a slide pool, and a kiddie pool. Three bodies of water means the adults, the teenagers, and the toddlers all get their own, instead of negotiating over one.
The Open Lawn
Room for tents, games, dessert tables, a dance floor, or a hundred people standing around with drinks. The part of the property that turns a pool into a venue.
Sport Courts
Basketball and handball courts on site — the difference between a party kids leave early and one they have to be dragged out of.
Café & Kitchen
A working kitchen with our own chef in it. Your menu is cooked here and served here, not driven in and reheated.

The other way to use this place.
Everything on this site is about renting the club for a day. Membership is the other side of it — the pools, the courts and the café all summer, without booking anything.
- The whole season, no booking. Three pools, the sport courts and the café from May to September. Turn up when you feel like it.
- Priority event registration. Members register for the club calendar first — the summer events that fill before the season starts.
- Private event access. Members can book the club for a shower, birthday or graduation, and bring guests in on day passes.
- Somewhere for the kids to be. A slide pool, a kiddie pool, basketball and handball, and an open lawn — all inside one gate you do not have to supervise the perimeter of.
- A kitchen, not a snack bar. The same chef who caters the private events runs the café. Lunch is not an afterthought.
- A club, not just a pool. A summer calendar of member events and a place where the same families turn up week after week.

The practical stuff.
No. Private events at Howell Pointe are open to members and non-members alike.
Two answers, because there are two spaces. The clubhouse seats 100 at tables — that covers most showers, birthdays, communions and dinners, and it books day or evening all year. With the grounds open we go to 500, which is how schools, camps and big evening parties use the property.
Private use of your space for your window, seating, your menu cooked by our on-site chef, and setup and breakdown by our staff. What "your space" means depends on which of the four ways you book — the clubhouse, the whole club after 7pm, a roped-off poolside area in the daytime, or a group buyout for a block of hours. Everything is confirmed in writing in your quote.
Yes, and the clubhouse is the reason. It runs all year, day or evening, seating up to 100 with its own bar — so a February shower or a December company dinner is a normal booking, not an exception. What changes in winter is the pools, which close; the grounds are still there, and we can add heated tented space on the deck if you want the outdoors as well.
Yes — DJs, photographers, florists, and bakers are welcome. Tell us who you are bringing when you inquire so we can coordinate access and setup time.
Yes, after 7pm. Between May and September the club belongs to its members through the day, so a full buyout runs in the evening — from 7 to 11 the pools, deck, lawn and clubhouse are yours alone, for up to 500 guests. Schools, camps and clubs also take the property for a block of hours by arrangement, which is busiest at the end of the school year. In the daytime during summer we can still run your party in a roped-off poolside area without a buyout.
Thursday through Sunday evenings are what we hold for private events, with Saturdays and holidays carrying a premium. Those are also the first dates to go, so if you have a Saturday in mind it is worth asking early.
You move inside. The indoor event room seats your party with its own bar and doors onto the deck, so a wet forecast changes the room rather than the date. We confirm the weather plan in writing with your quote, and you will see both options on your tour.
