Sixteen-year-olds do not want a ballroom. They want somewhere that looks good on camera and does not feel like a wedding. Our members go home at 7 — after that the whole club is hers: lit pools, open lawn, the courts, the clubhouse, and enough space for a DJ and a real dance floor instead of a rented parquet square. Up to 500 guests, 7pm to 11pm, May to September.
- Nobody has to leave the party to swim. A night swim in a lit pool is the thing they remember. It is also the thing no banquet hall can offer at any price.
- It photographs itself. Water, string-light-ready open air, and a backdrop that does not look like every other sweet 16 on her feed.
- Parents get a real perimeter. A private, gated club with one way in and our staff on site. Easier to relax than an open venue.

The clubhouse seats up to 100 and books year-round, day or evening. From May to September the members are done at 7pm — after that the pools, the lawn and the clubhouse are yours alone, for up to 500.

Yes. Bring your own, or ask us — we work with people locally. We will confirm sound cutoff times for your date when we quote it.
Yes — an evening booking includes the pools, lit, with lifeguards on duty. That is the whole point of doing it after hours rather than in a hall. Coverage and pool rules are confirmed in writing with your quote.
The standard evening window is 7pm to 11pm, which is when the club is private. Thursday through Sunday are the nights we hold for events, and Saturdays carry a premium. Tell us the hours you want and we will confirm what we can do for your date.

Two answers, because there are two spaces. The clubhouse seats 100 at tables — that covers most showers, birthdays, communions and dinners, and it books day or evening all year. With the grounds open we go to 500, which is how schools, camps and big evening parties use the property.
Private use of your space for your window, seating, your menu cooked by our on-site chef, and setup and breakdown by our staff. What "your space" means depends on which of the four ways you book — the clubhouse, the whole club after 7pm, a roped-off poolside area in the daytime, or a group buyout for a block of hours. Everything is confirmed in writing in your quote.
Yes, and the clubhouse is the reason. It runs all year, day or evening, seating up to 100 with its own bar — so a February shower or a December company dinner is a normal booking, not an exception. What changes in winter is the pools, which close; the grounds are still there, and we can add heated tented space on the deck if you want the outdoors as well.
