Sweet 16 Venue near Freehold & Howell NJ
A private club, a pool, a DJ, and room to actually dance. This is the sweet 16 her friends talk about in September.
Up to 100 guests · Members & non-members · Year-round
Room shown styled for illustration — decor is not included as standard.
Not a hall. A club, for the afternoon.
Sixteen-year-olds do not want a ballroom. They want somewhere that looks good on camera and does not feel like a wedding. Howell Pointe gives you the whole club for the night — pools, lawn, courts, and enough open space for a DJ and a real dance floor instead of a rented parquet square.
- Room to actually dance. Open space for a DJ, a dance floor, and a hundred teenagers who will use every foot of it.
- It photographs itself. Water, string-light-ready open air, and a backdrop that does not look like every other sweet 16 on her feed.
- Parents get a real perimeter. A private, gated club with one way in and our staff on site. Easier to relax than an open venue.

Private use of the club for your window, seating, your menu cooked by our on-site chef, and setup and breakdown by our staff. What that covers depends on the date: May to September it is the whole property including the pools, lawn and courts; October to April it is the indoor event room with heated tented space available outside. Everything is confirmed in writing in your quote.
Yes — the club takes private events all year, in two different shapes. May to September you get the whole property: three pools, the lawn, the courts and the indoor room. October to April the pools are closed for the winter and events move into the indoor event room, with heated tented space on the deck if you want the outdoors as well. Peak summer Saturdays are the first dates to go each year and most fill by early spring.
