Every graduation party in Monmouth County happens on the same four weekends, which is exactly why hosting it in a backyard is miserable. We give you a private club instead — the clubhouse for a family party of up to a hundred, or the whole property after 7pm for up to five hundred, pools lit and open. June is also when we host schools and clubs for their end-of-year events, so those dates go first and go early.
- Both families fit — and then some. A hundred in the clubhouse, or five hundred with the grounds open. Either way, nobody is borrowing folding chairs or renting a tent for the driveway.
- The graduating class has something to do. Pools and courts mean sixteen teenagers are not standing in a circle on a lawn for three hours.
- Book early, relax later. June weekends are the tightest dates of our season. Locking one in now is the whole trick.

The clubhouse seats up to 100 and books year-round, day or evening. From May to September the members are done at 7pm — after that the pools, the lawn and the clubhouse are yours alone, for up to 500.

Two answers, because there are two spaces. The clubhouse seats 100 at tables — that covers most showers, birthdays, communions and dinners, and it books day or evening all year. With the grounds open we go to 500, which is how schools, camps and big evening parties use the property.
Private use of your space for your window, seating, your menu cooked by our on-site chef, and setup and breakdown by our staff. What "your space" means depends on which of the four ways you book — the clubhouse, the whole club after 7pm, a roped-off poolside area in the daytime, or a group buyout for a block of hours. Everything is confirmed in writing in your quote.
Yes, and the clubhouse is the reason. It runs all year, day or evening, seating up to 100 with its own bar — so a February shower or a December company dinner is a normal booking, not an exception. What changes in winter is the pools, which close; the grounds are still there, and we can add heated tented space on the deck if you want the outdoors as well.
