The two hard birthdays are the kid who wants a pool and the adult who wants somewhere that is not a restaurant back room. We do both, in two different ways. For the kids: all summer we rope off an area poolside and run the party inside it — swimming, food from our kitchen, cake — with no buyout and no evening required. For the milestone birthdays: the clubhouse, seating a hundred, with its own bar, any time of year.
- Works for 6 and for 60. A roped-off poolside party for the six-year-old in July, or the clubhouse and its bar for the sixtieth in November. Same club, two completely different parties.
- Not in your house. No cleaning before, no cleaning after, and nobody tracking pool water through your kitchen.
- One point of contact. Space, food, setup, and breakdown come from us. You show up with a cake.
What a private birthday party includes

The clubhouse seats up to 100 and books year-round, day or evening. From May to September the members are done at 7pm — after that the pools, the lawn and the clubhouse are yours alone, for up to 500.

Birthday Party questions, answered.
No, and most people do not. All summer we reserve a roped-off area poolside and run the party inside it while the club carries on around you — swimming, food from our kitchen, cake, the lot. It is the simplest and cheapest way to do a kids birthday here. Buyouts are for the evening, and for much bigger groups.
It depends on the date and the window. Smaller weekday parties are often very workable — send us the details and we will quote it.

Two answers, because there are two spaces. The clubhouse seats 100 at tables — that covers most showers, birthdays, communions and dinners, and it books day or evening all year. With the grounds open we go to 500, which is how schools, camps and big evening parties use the property.
Private use of your space for your window, seating, your menu cooked by our on-site chef, and setup and breakdown by our staff. What "your space" means depends on which of the four ways you book — the clubhouse, the whole club after 7pm, a roped-off poolside area in the daytime, or a group buyout for a block of hours. Everything is confirmed in writing in your quote.
Yes, and the clubhouse is the reason. It runs all year, day or evening, seating up to 100 with its own bar — so a February shower or a December company dinner is a normal booking, not an exception. What changes in winter is the pools, which close; the grounds are still there, and we can add heated tented space on the deck if you want the outdoors as well.
