You can rent a backyard pool for eight people, or you can take a whole swim club for five hundred. Our members finish at 7pm — from then until 11 the property is yours alone: three lit pools, the open lawn, the sport courts and a kitchen with a chef in it. Nobody else on the deck, no stranger in the water. Daytime in summer we can still run a party for you in a roped-off poolside area, no buyout required.
- Three pools, not one. A lap pool, a slide pool, and a kiddie pool means adults, teenagers, and toddlers are not fighting over the same water.
- Nobody else is here. Members are gone by 7. Every chair, every table and every foot of deck is yours from then until 11.
- Cooked steps from your table. Our chef cooks in the kitchen next door, so it reaches your guests hot — and there is no outside caterer to coordinate into a building they have never set foot in.

Pool Party questions, answered.
In summer the club belongs to its members during the day, so a full pool party runs in the evening, 7pm to 11pm. But you do not always need the whole club: all summer we rope off a poolside area and run parties inside it during the day, which is how most kids birthdays here happen. Tell us the group and we will tell you honestly which one fits.
Yes. Lifeguards are on duty for every pool booking, without exception — it is not an upgrade and it is not something you have to ask for. The number on duty is scaled to your group and confirmed in writing with your quote.

Peak summer Saturdays go early. Weeknights and shoulder-season dates open up much later — worth asking even on short notice.
No. Private events at Howell Pointe are open to members and non-members alike.
Two answers, because there are two spaces. The clubhouse seats 100 at tables — that covers most showers, birthdays, communions and dinners, and it books day or evening all year. With the grounds open we go to 500, which is how schools, camps and big evening parties use the property.
Private use of your space for your window, seating, your menu cooked by our on-site chef, and setup and breakdown by our staff. What "your space" means depends on which of the four ways you book — the clubhouse, the whole club after 7pm, a roped-off poolside area in the daytime, or a group buyout for a block of hours. Everything is confirmed in writing in your quote.
Yes, and the clubhouse is the reason. It runs all year, day or evening, seating up to 100 with its own bar — so a February shower or a December company dinner is a normal booking, not an exception. What changes in winter is the pools, which close; the grounds are still there, and we can add heated tented space on the deck if you want the outdoors as well.
