You can rent a backyard pool for eight people, or you can rent a swim club for a hundred. Howell Pointe is a private buyout: three pools, open lawn, sport courts, and a kitchen with a chef in it, for your group and nobody else.
- Three pools, not one. A lap pool, a slide pool, and a kiddie pool means adults, teenagers, and toddlers are not fighting over the same water.
- Nobody else is here. A private buyout. Every chair, every table, and every foot of deck is yours for the window you book.
- Food on site, not delivered. Our chef cooks here. No lukewarm trays, no coordinating a caterer into a facility that has never met them.

What that covers depends on the date: May to September it is the whole property including the pools, lawn and courts; October to April it is the indoor event room with heated tented space available outside. Everything is confirmed in writing in your quote.
Yes — the club takes private events all year, in two different shapes. May to September you get the whole property: three pools, the lawn, the courts and the indoor room. October to April the pools are closed for the winter and events move into the indoor event room, with heated tented space on the deck if you want the outdoors as well. Peak summer Saturdays are the first dates to go each year and most fill by early spring.
